This package is exclusive for the all inclusive weddings where the venue or catering company provides the tables, chairs, linens, place settings, serving & busing service. THIs is ideal for the venues that require or highly encourage a day of wedding coordinator.

Pricing $1550

$300 deposit due with signed contract.

Payment plans available in two additional payments prior to the wedding date.

  • Venue PREVIEW/walk thru

  • online Custom Timeline Meeting

    • build your timeline to include rehearsal, ceremony details & reception details

  • Unlimited Email Correspondence

  • Plan & Coordinate Rehearsal (1 hr)

  • Contact all venors before the wedding to exchange conact info

  • be the point of contact for all vendors for the wedding day


Wedding day

Set Up

  • Set Up all personal touches & decor for ceremony & reception

    • Guest book, gift table, welcome sign, centerpieces, seating chart, name place settings, etc.

  • Be the point of contact for all vendors and direct set up 

  • Manage the time of vendor set up


Ceremony

  • Direct guest to ceremony seating

  • Line up family & wedding party

  • Cue DJ for actual start time

  • Cue music transitions 

  • Cue family & wedding party down the aisle


Reception

  • Cue DJ for guest to be seated prior to the grand entrance

  • Line up Wedding Party & Couple for the grand entrance

  • Manage the timeline created by the couple working closely with DJ for all major transitions

  • Coordinate with photographer & videographer helping to keep on track with the timeline give reminders of what’s coming up next 

  • Line up guests for grand exit


Clean Up

  • Assist in collecting & organizing all personal decor items

  • delegated items to point person to take home

  • Final walk thru of venue make sure nothing is left behind
